System Components

The Anchor and Holders
are comprised aluminum extrusions manufactured
from structural grade 6063 aluminum which is specially
heat treated to T6 hardness for additional structural
integrity after which it is anodized to weather
the elements. The anchors are attached to truck
sides using specially designed fasteners that
have almost one ton sheer strength and are weather
proof.

The
Mushroom Bead
is RF welded to the vinyl, and has a specific shore
hardness that allows it to slide freely within the
system and will handle extreme weather conditions.

The Hand
Tool
is the key to the system. It can be incrementally
adjusted to zip and un-zip vinyl graphics in seconds!.
