Most of the standard lettering and graphics we produce use FDC colors. This link will take you to the FDC website where you can browse specific colors. We have many colors in stock, and can have special colors here in just a few days. Typically, we use Series 2100 8 year vinyl for a long outdoor life.

Coroplast is an excellent product for indoor/outdoor signage. It is easily screen printed, hand painted or vinyl lettered. 1/8" Coroplast is an economical choice for durable yard signs, and 1/2" Coroplast works well for 4'x 8' temporary project signs.

Alumalite is durable, lightweight, and strong, it's one of our favorite materials. 2 painted aluminum surfaces with a corrugated black plastic core. The outdoor life expectancy is 10 years. It can be connected with special pins to create very long panel signs.

DiBond is an, aluminum composite material made of two lightweight sheets of .010" aluminum with a solid black plastic core. It's thin and heavy, and contour cuts very clean. Standard sheets are white on both sides, but you can see the options below offer different colors on either side of the same panel.

Sintra (or Trovicel) material is a foamed, closed cell polyvinyl chloride (PVC). It has an extensive history in the screen printing, display and exhibit, and signage industries, as well as photomounting. Sintra provides excellent design flexibility, cuts fabrication costs, has an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, and is uniformly colored. Colored Sintra is not UV stable -- the colors will fade outdoors over time, and the material itself will get brittle. Sintra is still a great material to use outdoors if it's at least 1/2" thick and has a painted finish.

Sign Foam is a high-density urethane board that will not warp, split or crack. It is 100% waterproof, unaffected by temperature and will not rot or decompose. Sign Foam is highly chemically resistant and has a 10 year warranty. Great for carving or thick dimensional letters!

Aluminum Snap-In Sign Frame

With a satin aluminum finish and attractive mitered corners, these
frames open from the front to accept your graphic, then snap shut with spring tension for a secure hold.
A clear plastic print protector maximizes signage life.
Wall-mount hardware included (4 screws and plastic anchors).

Plastic Snap-In Sign Frame

These are the same concept as the frames above, but in plastic as an economical alternative for interior use. Clear plastic print protector not included. They are available in Black, Grey, or Silver.

Water Jet Cut vs. Router Cut

Waterjet Cut letters and logos are made using a fine, high pressure stream of water that carries an abrasive mineral. This fine stream cuts and allows for sharp (.020 radius) inside corners, small letters and intricate detail on logos.
Router Cut letters and logos are mechanically routed out of flat metal stock. Based on the material thickness and letter size, and 1/8" - 1/4" router bit will be used. As a result, inside corners will have a slight radius.

Gemini now offers router cut metal letters with a beveled edge for a very sophisticated look!
